3. Commissions and Payouts
a. Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links. Commissions will be calculated based on the agreed-upon commission structure.
b. Commissions are paid on a regular basis, as outlined in the affiliate agreement. Payment methods and thresholds may vary and will be specified in the agreement.
4. Promotional Methods
Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products or services through ethical and responsible means. This includes, but is not limited to, content marketing, social media promotion, and email marketing.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
a. Spamming, including email, social media, or any other forms of unsolicited communication.
b. Using their affiliate link for their own purchases to earn a commission.
c. Promoting our products or services through false or misleading information.
d. Violating any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks and copyrights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in our program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brandway agency is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
By applying to become an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not apply to become an affiliate of Brandway agency.
